Dark Chocolate and Nut Bars

- Yield: 18 small bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup nut and seed butter
- 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
Topping
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- La Noix d'Érable Maple Pecans, to taste

Instructions
- Combine the first 4 ingredients together
- Spread into a silicone mold (for individual bars) or into the bottom of an 8x8 inch Pyrex dish
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave (30 seconds at a time)
- Spread the melted chocolate over the mixture
- Top generously with pecans, that's what makes all the difference!
- Refrigerate for a few hours before cutting or unmolding
