Dark Chocolate, Maple and Nut Squares

Ingredients
For the Crust
- 400g plain pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (alternative: maple sugar)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
For the ganache
- 4 bars (42g/bar) Aero chocolate
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup 35% heavy cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped La Noix d'Érable pecans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, process the pecans into coarse crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.
- Mix the plain pecans with the butter and brown sugar.
- Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch rectangular pan and press onto the bottom. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a saucepan, place the chocolate bars, dark chocolate, heavy cream, and mini marshmallows. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolates are melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the chopped La Noix d'Érable pecans and mix again.
- Pour the ganache over the crust, smooth the surface, top with La Noix d'Érable pecans, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
