Asparagus, Bacon, and Nut Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup maple pecans from La Noix d'érable, chopped
- 1/4 cup light feta, crumbled (or goat cheese)
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 125 g cooked bacon, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the asparagus with the oil, syrup, salt, and pepper. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes or air fry in "roast" mode for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and adjust seasoning.
