Our history
We are Klara and Marc-Étienne, the creators of La Noix d’Érable. Proud to offer this guilt-free pleasure, both an energizing snack and a decadent treat, we want to share our story.
It all started almost 14 years ago, when we met. In love and united, we founded our beautiful family of three children. As a stay-at-home mom, Klara felt something was missing. Passionate about gourmet food, we prepared homemade treats for our loved ones every year, and their reactions were a revelation: maple products deserved better!
After numerous trials, we created the ultimate recipe for maple pecans, authentic and irresistible. Without even realizing it, we had just given life to a project that resembled us.
Today, with our roots firmly grounded in our family maple groves, we joke that we should’ve realized sooner—the sap was already running through our veins!

Klara gracefully balances family life and entrepreneurship. A natural multitasker, she lovingly guides the journey of La Noix d’Érable with intention and care. Driven by a clear vision for the future, she pays close attention to every detail, ensuring the brand’s image remains thoughtful, cohesive, and true across all communications. Her greatest strength is her outstanding customer care, through which she builds genuine, heartfelt connections with everyone she meets.
Marc-Étienne Faucher
Production and Finance
Marc-Étienne, a deeply involved and devoted father, oversees production with calm and precision. Versatile and determined, he stays focused and steady, no matter the challenges. With a natural affinity for numbers, he knows how to interpret them thoughtfully to guide decision-making. Drawing on his experience as an entrepreneur, he brings a grounded, strategic perspective that enriches every discussion. His consistency and efficiency make him an essential pillar of the team.
