Our history
We are Klara and Marc-Étienne, the creators of La Noix d’Érable. Proud to offer this guilt-free pleasure, both an energizing snack and a decadent treat, we want to share our story.
It all began almost 14 years ago, when we met. In love and as partners, we founded our beautiful family of 3 children. Being a stay-at-home mom, Klara felt that something was missing. Passionate about delicacies, we prepared homemade sweets for our loved ones each year, and their reactions were a revelation: maple products deserved better!
After numerous trials, we created the ultimate recipe for maple pecans, authentic and irresistible. Without even realizing it, we had just given life to a project that resembled us.
Today, with our roots firmly grounded in our family maple groves, we joke that we should’ve realized sooner—the sap was already running through our veins!

At La Noix d “Érable, our mission is to offer gourmet and energizing snacks, prepared with simple and authentic ingredients. We want to enhance the natural taste of” maple and provide a flavorful alternative to processed products, while showcasing our Quebec heritage.
Driven by passion and the desire to share our expertise, we create treats that bring people together, comfort, and celebrate the richness of our terroir. Because a snack can be delicious, natural, and without compromise!

Marc-Étienne, un papa hyper présent, veille à la production avec calme et rigueur. Polyvalent et déterminé, il garde toujours le cap, peu importe les défis. Adepte des chiffres, il sait les déchiffrer avec justesse pour orienter les décisions. Fort de son expérience en tant qu’entrepreneur, il apporte une vision réfléchie et stratégique qui enrichit nos réflexions. Sa constance et son efficacité font de lui un pilier essentiel de l’équipe.
