Overnight Oatmeal

- 2 servings

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or plant-based beverage of your choice
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- La Noix d’Érable Pecans for topping, and fruit, optional.

Instructions
- In a bowl or a Mason jar, combine all ingredients. This recipe is for 2 servings, so you can also divide it into 2 Mason jars.
- Mix well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or put the lid on the Mason jar. Refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy with your favorite toppings and a drizzle of honey/maple syrup the next morning. If needed, add a little milk depending on the consistency.
