Creamy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
For the salad
- 3 cups roughly chopped broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup maple nuts
- 1/2 green apple, diced
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 tsp. tablespoon of chopped red onion
- 1 tsp. tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. tablespoon of chopped chives
- 30g cooked, chopped bacon
For the dressing
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of plain yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. teaspoon of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- In one bowl, combine all salad ingredients. In another bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
