No-Bake “Tiramisu”-Style Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 4 tsp A. Vogel organic coffee substitute
- Option 1: 2 espressos
- Option 2: One serving of Noma Coffee concentrate in 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp. tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp. tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp. tbsp Natur peanut and cocoa spread
- Alternatively: Regular peanut butter
- 1 cup plant-based milk (oat, soy, etc.)
Optional toppings
- Maple and Coffee Pecans
- Plain or vanilla plant-based yogurt
- Cocoa
- Grated dark chocolate
- Dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Prepare the coffee mixture, according to your chosen option.
- Then, add the oats, maple syrup, chia and hemp seeds, cocoa, peanut and cocoa spread, and the plant-based milk. Whisk together, then place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2-3 hours (preferably overnight).
- To serve, divide the oatmeal into two serving bowls, garnish each bowl with toppings of your choice (in the photos: Vanilla yogurt and Maple and Coffee Pecans).
- Enjoy.
