Crunchy Salad with Maple Nuts, Pear, and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 cups of your choice of salad greens
- 1/2 cup La noix d'Érable Pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 113g cut smoked salmon
- 1/2 diced pear
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
- Variation: Feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp. tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. teaspoon of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
- Variation: Store-bought balsamic and maple vinaigrette

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, syrup, salt, and pepper. In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients and pour in the dressing.
