- Cooking Time: 8 minutes
- 4 servings

Ingredients for Apple Crisp
- 4 Cortland apples, cut in half crosswise
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple and apple pecans from La noix d'érable (*see note)
Ingredients for Cream Fudge Caramel
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup 35% whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions
- Using a knife, remove the core from the cut apples without piercing the base. Remove some apple flesh, leaving a 1 cm border (reserve the flesh for our overnight oatmeal).
- In a bowl, mix all other ingredients to form the "crumble" and distribute it among the apples. Place the apples in an Air Fryer container. (available here: https://boutique.roxannecuisine.com/products/revetement-antiadhesif-en-silicone-pour-air-fryer) Cook for 7 to 8 minutes at 400 F.
- For the coulis, in a saucepan over medium heat, mix the brown sugar with the cream and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes and add the butter. Mix well and let cool slightly. *Once the coulis has cooled, reheat it as needed in the microwave. Excellent on desserts, ice cream, toast, crepes, pancakes, oatmeal, etc!
