2-Ingredient Cookies: Almond and Maple
A very simple recipe with only two ingredients!
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- Cook time: 12 minutes
- 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups almond flour
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven (or air fryer on bake mode) to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix all ingredients with a fork until a smooth dough forms.
- Form 12 equal-sized balls. If the dough is a bit too sticky, add a little more almond flour so it rolls easily between your hands.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten them slightly with a fork. The cookies should remain quite thick.
- Bake for 11 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes before handling: they are very fragile when they first come out of the oven.
Tip 🤎 To fully enjoy their crispy exterior and soft center, we recommend eating them as soon as they can be handled.
